`my vokera 14se boiler makes a noise everytime i fire it up i think it could be the fan is there a check i could do to see if this the problem or could it be anything else

depends what the noise sounds like to whether it could be fan or something else. all you can do is listen and try and locate/guess until whatever is failing actually breaks unfortunately. it may last a long time and just be annoying. get someone to have a look at it.
