hi emptied my washer last night the clothes was wet through and now my washer is stuc on wash not going though the drain and spin cycle and full of water please help me can it be fixed?

Having exhausted all the other solutions suggested (Blocked pipes, faulty pump, Stuck cycle etc. I removed the ball in the outlet pipe as it attaches to the drum. This seems to have worked with no adverse reactions. Its been running for a week now with no flooding or interupted washes. If anything it seems to be using less water than before and the clothes come out drier as well.

Same problem. I released the outlet pipe from the drum housing and there is a ball inside that I assume is blocking the outlet when the pump is engaged. Water flows out freely when the pump is not running. The pump is working perfectly. I was going to remove the ball from its chamber and see if it works that way.

check outlet pipe for blockage,filter blocked, check pump for blockage/seized impeller needs to dump water BEFORE attempting to spin
