It just wont work and its confusing me , can you help I have 4 kids and cant afford a plumber,sombody said it might be a circuit board or a pump, please help.

if it is a combi bolier sometimes if the pressure is to low it cuts out.You could try all the upstairs radiators to see if they need bleeding. if they do then re-try the boiler after doing this, check the pressure gauge it should read between 1.5 and 2.0 bar. if the boiler doesnt re-light under normal operating procedures then wait a while for the pressure to build up again.

could be anything from a fuse to a pcb. you really need to get someone to look at it.

What type of boier is it? combi (i.e. water heats up only when hot water tap is turned on) or a normal boiler with a hot water tank?
