i have a new murphy lcd tv,when i turn it on theres just a white screen and nothing happens,do i need a digital ariel?

There is n0t such thing as a digital aerial.

You have a faulty TV. Take it back for a refund.

If you are in the UK say: "I reject this Under the Sales of Goods Act in that it is not 'free from faults' and I demand a refund."
