replace door panel?

How do I replace The bottom panel in an aliminium double glazed back door
collin parkin, June 2008
first of all you need to take wedge gasket out, this is the strip of rubber that is around the panel on outside if beads are inside, then take beads out using a putty knife or similar by forcing it into the join between door and bead(not gap between bead and panel),carefully pry the side beads away from door and should start to come out, carry on with both sides then bottom and top,if door is old give panel a bang to frre panel off bead as sometimes they stick, look at way beads come out and put them in same way starting with top and bottom then sides and re-fit rubber gasket.hope this helps
