locate and slowly open the handle on the filling loop until pressure has raised (usually a flexible braided hose under the boiler that connects the mains water to the system water)
but if it looses pressure again over a short space of time it is indicitive of another problem (ie. faulty/undercharged expansion vessel, faulty sfaety valve, or a leak!)
