hi hawk,
press ctrl+alt+delete at the same time to get task manager up, click PROCESSES and look for sxpdr32.exe, if it is there click it once to highlight then click END PROCESS. Now search your computer(all files and folders) for sxpdr32.exe and delete it, this will stop it starting up again when you restart. hope this helps.
