if the door seal is covered in black marks then its vertually impossable to get rid of the marks. try using the hottest possable wash with some soda crystals to see if that makes any difference. if you needs a new door seal you can email me the model number and your phone number and i will get you a price for the part. jdvdomestics@live.co.uk
