I put an empty memory stick into my camera, but when i turn it on, it says "no memory space". What's wrong? How do i fix it?

Take it back where you got it with the camera and let them install it, if they cant they have sold you a duff or the wrong one and should replace it. If it was given to you by a friend ask if they can install it if not go and buy a new one and let the retailer install it. Did your old memory work if not it could be the camera that is no good.
