Potterton Netaheat 16/22 Boiler - No pilot light and won't relight?

I have a Potterton Netaheat 16/22 boiler which has stopped working. When there is a demand for HW or CH there is a click and the fan makes a noise - other than that nothing!

I replaced the Earthing Bracket which was chared and corroded, but still no joy. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with my Netaheat. It turned out to be a blocked orifice in the pressure sensing tube which is in the room pressure side of the air pressure switch. It took me 5 minutes to pull the tube apart, take out the small plastic orifice and clear it out with 5amp fuse wire.
