Hi Tahir. I have two and only two answers for you.
1) Degauss the monitor. Electromagnetism will make monitors do funky things. If it is a CRT it should have a button for it or maybe an option in the monitor menu.
2) If that doesn't fix it... get a new one.
It is not recommended that users try to fix monitors since the capacitors in them hold tremendous amounts of stored energy. You touch the wrong thing... ZAP!!!! Mommy will have to get herself another little Tahir. I am serious as a heart attack Tahir. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX ANYHTING INSIDE YOUR MONITOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
