water from hot tap in bathroom sink does not flow into sink. It started to trickle out then eventually nothing

the rubber washer on the tap head sounds like its stuck, try changing the washer by takin the head of the tap off, then get a spanner and take the brass gubbins out, there you should see the washer, p.s dont forget to turn the mains water off lol.
