ive lost channels on freeview sagem recorder top box?

ive lost channels on my top box and had 87 channel but got 57 now and tried to update but still only find 57 any ideas how to get them back its itv etc thats gone

i have same problem but its not an aerial problem as I bought a cheap box to try and it got all channels this seems to be a problem with Sagem PVR boxes

Looks like you've lost a 'mux'. You almost certainly have an aerial problem. Freeview needs a good strong signal to work properly. Check the alignment and connections to your aerial then reboot your set top box and do a rescan. If that doesn't work, an aerial amplifier can often help.
