Hi
my mp4 player works fine but when i connect it to the computer it either doesn't load up at all or the computer comes up with a message saying the computer cannot recognise it because the player has a malfunction. So i can't put anything on the mp4 player and i've only just bought it.

try all the different usb cabels some work with it and some don't try the ones at the front and back . It Helped Me !
