My Naiko N3280W won't turn back on?

It made a popping sound, then switched off, when tried to turn it on again, there is no picture, sound or standby light, only a clicking noise.
Is there a fuse for the on/off switch? If so where might it be?

I have the exact same fault on this board.I think i have found the problem, it could be any of these two capacitors CD03/CD64 (2,200pf/2kv)that sit just above the flyback transfomer. Those are the yellow flat round type.Check for any scorching. Please be careful as there can be high voltages remaining for a very long time even after unplugging.Only attempt if you are confident otherwise leave it to a repair technician.
