My Seiko Quartz (battery operated) wall clock runs too fast? How can I fix?

After many years, my Seiko Quartz battery operated wall clock is operating too fast. Changing batteries did not affect this increased speed. How can I repair this or troubleshoot the problem?

don't thing quart have regulators like a mechanical clock possible FAULT is the crystal is NOT vibrating at the correct rate of so many thousand times p/second .
