My DIGIHOME DIGITAL FREEVEIWBOX HD?

It was running slow , i.e. when deleting programs , so i switch it off from the mains and left it for an hour to reset , But can;t get it to restart . All the display says is Disk OK , no other fuction works , Can U Help ?

did u try reinstalling from on of the initialising menus/

i am needing a manual, trying to get pc copy- was told it could take more than 8 hours, and thought thats what archive for, but it deleted both copies....
