I have no idea what you mean by the same problem (same as what?) and I would have thought that the best place for a cooker (coker?) question would be in the cooker section.

However Matsui are a DSG (Dixons/Currys)PC World) Own Brand. As the cooker is so new my advice would be to write to DSG and 'Reject it' as not of 'merchantable quality' nor 'Fit for Purpose' under the Sale of Goods Acts and demand a full refund to which (in law) you are entitled.

Don't take any back chat from DSG just stick to your guns. The cooker is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE' because it keeps breaking down and you WANT YOUR MONEY BACK.

It is your choice whether or not to have it repaired NOT theirs. You have given them a fair crack of the whip and they have failed.

If they don't refund you in full, take them to the Small Claims Court it is very easy to do and most merchants pay up on just the threat.
