have one of these boxes but has locked on a recorded program and every time you try to play it or delete it the box locks and you have to pull out the plug to unfreeze it, any tips to delte this problem program recording, any tips for re-setting back to factory setting.
PS wouldent buy another more trouble than they are worth this is my 3rd replacement box and still getting problems.

Do not go to the duff recording. Do a few minutes of recording that will then sit in the library above the duff recording. Take the "cursor" to the new recording above the duff one then in rapid sccession press the down key, the ble key and the green key. Do not let the box catch up with you or the above will not work. If this fails try again.
