hot point 1200 wont spin?

hot point 1200 wont spin, its washing but it wont spin and drain,,how can i fixed it???

suspect sump filter is blocked or drain pump blocked or seized.
clean out the sump filter, check and clean pump.check pump operates may need a replacement
machine MUST have PUMPED OUT water BEFORE trying a spin programme .
