Recent a botlle of cooking oil was poured over my car seat - yes it was vindictive. Has anyone any ideas of how to get this out or even to partially remove it?

Mike, first may I suggest castration, to prevent any further problems with the opposite sex? Next, if the stain is recent, I would cover it with baking soda, so as to absorb the oil, wait a half hour, and vacuum. If this doesn’t work, I would buy some dry cleaning solvent and follow the directions for settled stains.
