My Creative Zen will not boot up?

My Creative Zen will not boot up beyond the Creative logo. It freezes at that point. Can anything be done? Failing that can I somehow recover my music files?

Hi Malc,

Stick a pin or similar in the reset hole whilst at the same time holding the on switch fully on.

You will then get the Recovery Mode screen.

Choose the option "Clean up files" then you will be able to reboot.
