I dropped my fone and then i tryed turning it on, it vibrated but the screen stayed off

im sorry to tell you but you have either broken the lcd screen and needs replaceing or you have knocked the wire ribbon out of the back of the screen either way it needs taking to a phone shop.
try taking it to a repecable phone shop as others might charge for a screen replace when it might not be needed
