hi can anyone help please I've just brought one of these 4gb mp3 players and its only allowing me to copy across 540mb but telling me its got loads of free space and the message i get is (the directory or file cannot be created) can any one help me please?

I have an answer for "the directory or file can'not be created" problem for IITronics-IMP-65 Mp3. Heres what to do. 1} Reformat your Removable Disk.-Go to "My Computer" click on your Removable Disk.
2}Click on the "Format" option. {This will erase data on the disk] 3} Select "FAT 32" format,and click OK to confirm.4} Finally,its just a case of adding your folders,and then your Mp3 files.
