Toshiba hit with 180v power surge?

Due to a white wire coming out of the wire nut in an outlet our Toshiba CF35D50 got zapped with 180 volts and had a slight electrical burnt smell. When plugged into 120v outlet the TV clicks and makes the same short humming noise (.5 seconds) as it did when it worked, but now doesn't show a picture or sound. When it's unplugged there also is a click - like a relay noise that it made when it worked.
Is there a fuse or something else you could point me too to repair the TV? Thanks.

There should be a fuse at the end to the power cord, if you follow the cord into the TV where the cord is attached to the circuit board you should find a small glass tube with metal ends.(should be within 2 inches from end of cord. Chances are; if the TV is making a noise then it must be getting some power. might be resistor (cheap..) or transformer (expensive..) anyway good luck hope you find the problem and make sure you unplugged the TV before you check the fuse
