Glow-worm Swift Flow 100 combi: pressure too high?

I just moved into a new apartment, and turned on boiler etc, then saw the pressure gauge indicates 3.2bar... I'm trying to find whether this is too high, as all comments I find seem to indicate something around 1-1.5 seems more normal. Landlord is not reachable and won't be for a few weeks, so I'm trying to figure out whether this is ok or I need to get an engineer asap.
Any ideas? Or where I could get the manual?
Thanks!

pressure should be 1 to1.5 bar vent a radiator in a bucket to reduce pressure if pressure keeps increasing check filling loop is off or better still disconnected if pressure starts at 1/1.5 and rises you may have a burst expansion vessel or a blockage either case seek proffesional help
