WDM 130 Paddle replacement?

One of the paddles has broken in my WDM 130. I have a replacement part but am having difficulty removing the old paddle and am affraid I will damage the drum if too heavy handed. Does anyone know how to replace this item? Thanks.

this is a difficult job to repair.you have to take out the entire drum and replace the paddle.this has to be done by a competent engineer.
