Hi can anyone help please?
My Diplomat adp8332 dishwasher was not spraying water around the machine ,I have replaced the recirclation pump with the modified type as the old askoll pump front bearing had failed .Now when I switch the machine on it starts then brings up fault code f7 this was not there before even though the old pump was not working I thing the fault code means the flow meter has failed I find that strange as it was ok before pump change .Where is the flow meter on machine?

Is the flow meter a flow meter water chamber? my mum has adp8332 dishwasher and it doesn't stop beeping and has says f7? somebody has told me its the flow meter and somebody else says it control board? Could you shed some light please? Totally Confused!

thanks for that Foxy but the fault has now changed it started to work fine for a few washes then all of a sudden when the machine was in use it started to smell really hot. It no longer has a fault code but it would appear that the lower rubber tube doesn't fill with water when the machine fills so the heating element is heating air not water.could this be the flowmeter still I did lay the machine on its left side when changing the pump

Hi Neil, yes F7 is a flow meter failure. I work on these all day and you find a machine can have 2 to 3 faults especially if water has got into the base.To access the air break with the flow meter in it,take off the left hand side panel and there it is.The flow meter is the electronics with the plug on it with two blue wires.You cannot buy the flow meter but if you get the air break it is all there.They are not cheap, about £65 plus vat and postage.All the best.
