how can i fix my mp3 player?

i have an archos gmini xs200 mp3 player, i recently dropped it
and now when i turn it on it says "read acces error! cant read from hard disk"

all u need to do is when you turn it on you should have a button like M+ or something that puts you on a menu well then you need to hold that for ten seconds asap when you turn your MP3 Ipod on
