How can I fix my transonic 14" colour tv?

Transonic TV has "Factory" at top of screen?

My Transonic TV has in red writing "factory" on topt of sreen. I cannot get rid of it. I have gone into system but nothing can get rid of it. Anyone know why its there please or how to get rid of it?
