ive just fitted a new pump to my baxi solo bolier since it started making a grinding noise (like there is no water in it) as well as tripping the heat safety switch and now it makes a similar noise and still trips off after only a few mins.

its a baxi solo rs series

any ideas?

have you checked the header tank to make sure it is full of water and bled the whole system????
