bearings?

i have removed the drum from my wf220 hotpoint, but have no idea how to get the bearings out could you please advise on how to do this with ease,

You should never hammer bearings they should either pushed or pulled out with an appropriate puller. The same applies when you replace them, the bearing should be pushed in evenly

ear plugs, a hammer and a punch/chisel and lots of patience
no easy way do not damage the shoulder where the bearings need to sit work alternative sides of the bearing
ie hit the bearing at 3 o clock then 9 o clock on the same side to prevent the bearing twisting/jamming when done have a cup of tea before you start putting the new ones in.
