Boiler keeps on and heating 1 Radiator?

Hi i have a Glowworm micron FF50 and in the last few days it keeps on day and night and keeps 1 rad in the bathroom on.

The heating and hot water programes show that it is off and the only way i can stop it working is the plug!!!

Any help would be appreciated

I dont know what plan it is on.

I dont think that the rad is usally on when the hot waters on.
