How can I fix my screen size so tha I can read scrolling information on the bottom of the screen?

Select the 16:9 setting. There will be an aspect button on your handset. If using external equipment, such as DVD, Satellite etc. you may also need set their corresponding video output to 16:9 via their set-up menus, for correct picture aspect.
