Worcester WR 325 BF Water Heater?

I have this multi-point water heater (its not a Combi) and has a permanent pilot light.

Its about 8 years old and the pilot light keeps going out after a loud click.

I have cleaned the pilot jet and replaced the thermocouple but after about 15 minutes there is a loud click and the pilot will not light for a while.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Hi there, I'm having the same problem. Did you find an answer to the problem?

Update on this problem, now replaced the diaphram still cutting out. Tried temporary bypassing the overheat thremostat and it seems to work. Will now get new stat and hope this solves the problem. (PS this unit does not store any water).
