i have lost the keys for my double glazed windows,,,,does anyone have any ideas if i can buy a skelton key that may open locks and if so where,,,,pleasee xxxxxxxxxxx
To get the old handles off remove the covers on the handle which cover the two screws holding the old handles on .
remove the screws then take off the handles replace with new handles which will have a lock . handle s you can get from any window manufacturer.Just look them up in the yellow pages.

most good locksmiths will be able to supply you with a key for your windows as locks on windows are not unique ther is only about 20 -30 differant locks available most locksmiths kep a selection on the shelves hope this is of use
