you aint specified model and whether it does it for both ch and hw?????????
popular probs giving this kind of result are knackered auto air vent if positioned on pipework alongside heat exchanger and primary thermistor. both pretty inexpensive and both require boiler drain down and air vent in combustion area so corgi only please
