I have recently moved into university halls, after plugging the arial into the tv and wall respectively, all i recieve is white noise. when i try to tune it, the message "locked" appears. i have no idea what this means and have tried everything to tune it. Any clues? it's a bush tv, not sure what model.

The Child Lock is active. If you have forgotten or lost the password, try this..

1) Select the 'Features Menu' & turn off any Program / TV lock.
2) In the features Menu select the Lock option.
3) Enter code 734 or 736 on locked channels.
4) Repeat as necessary for each locked channel.
