Goodmans K28W05 won't store settings, help! :(?

My Goodmans TV won't save it's audio settings. I changed it from Stereo to Dual I on both speakers and headphones (I use external speakers) used the store function but when I change channels or turn it off/standby it resets! Read the manual & everything.

Any ideas?

To save settings, you need to go down to 'store' then press the 'right arrow' button on the remote - this should then display 'ok'.
