i cannot send or receive faxes . it happenned after i gor a nearly empty black cartridge but this is replaced. however the machine did not readjust itself for the new cartrdge. also the tel line gets jammed from time to time until i disconnect then reconnect electricity.
Sounds like the modem in the fax is knackered this controls the telephone line and sends and receives the calls. Nothing to do with the cartridge just coincidence.
