No Power to Baxi combi boiler?

No Power to Baxi combi boiler, replaced fuse(which was dead) at boiler socket, but still no electricity to combi boiler. any ideas could it boiler circuit?

I would:

Check fuse again, if blown probably a electrical fault on heating system wiring (to progamer or roomstat) or boiler.

It thats intact check the relevent fuse at fuseboard as that could have blown at same time as the cartridge fuse in fused spur.

However if I was you I'd look at the programmer because the power for the boiler is supplied from there.
