Bunslinger seems to know what he's on about! Which relay is the fan speed one, as I'm having the same fault on mine? Surely it is possible to replace the relay on the board - I can get one in the local electronics shop & have necessary skills, just ned to know which one to go at?

4x second flash = sensor fault, airflow problem or code plug error.

1x sec flash = ignition lockout.

Common on these are airflow faults caused by fan speed relay failing. This means new PCB but CAREFUL - there are two different pcb's for them depending on which gas valve is in the boiler.

Light Flashing Slow (once per second) indicates an ignition lockout or boiler overheat.
Light Flashing Fast (five times a second) there is a fault with the appliance.
Where the flashing light is it is also the reset button.
If the light is flashing slow then press and hold this button for 5 seconds to reset the system.
If the light is flashing fast then turn power to the boiler off, wait a few seconds, then turn power back on. This should reset boiler.
If the reset procedure fails or the fault contantly persists then you will need to call an engineer.
Hope this cures your problem.
