My bolier isnt working because the pilot light wont light. I can hear the system starting and the air is going to the radaitors but there is no heat or hot water because the pilot light isnt on. any idea what the proplem might be?

There is no pilot light on the 24i, it has electronic (spark) ignition.

If the boiler is not firing, check the overheat stat on the top of the casing (top left). If it's popped out, push it in.

Check your pressure gauge, if it's on zero (or close) top it up to 1.5. If you need help doing it, ask.
