My computer does not recognise my Vizion mp3/mp4 player I have installed the disc that came with the mp3 but when I try to put music onto it the computer says it does not recognise the mp3

hi mandy i have just used another cabel with my mp3 and my computer recogonised the mp3 immediatley - so it may be the cabel is faulty that comes with the vizion mp3 player - i hope this helps

hi mandy i have found out how to get my computers to recognise my vizion mp3 - 2 recognised it and 3 didnt - its simple - plug the mp3 in first - then switch computer / laptop on - once the screen is fully on your computer / laptop switch the mp3 on - and it works on all my computers now! if this dosent work then at the first stage plug in and switch on your mp3 before you turn on the computer / laptop.
