The other night my dishwasher was working away when it went bang and stopped working.
On stripping it down to find the fault I found that some of the cables had become worn at the point where they pass from the door to the body of the machine and one of the cables had apparently shorted out and blown its self apart also that the protective plastic cable cover was broken.
Having repaired the damaged cables and turning the power back on PRESTO… Nothing.
NO LED’s, NO pump running, NO water filling.
Could it be that because of the fault that the programmer is now FUBAR.

Yes there is power at the switch.
Do you have any idea where I can get a new pcb, all my searches have so been fruitless.

Hi Pat, can you test the contacts on the on/off switch,do you have power there.If so, it is quite possible the pcb is now defunct.All the best
