Washing machine will not pump water out at end of cycle discharge but will force it's way out of filter chamber and flood! Pump is working although I can stop it with my finger-pump is not very strong.Filter is clear after 3.00 pounds in change was removed !!! But pump still will not remove water-any thoughts?

Sounds like it has leak in the filter chamber, they are not powerfull pumps so stopping it with your finger is normal. Look for your leak.
