My DVD player works fine for about an hour, then any film being watched on my computer goes to distorted sound and vision. It makes it unusable.

First of all when this happens can u stop the film take it out of player then return to player and watch ok
have u tried cleaning lens with lens cleaning disc
are you sure its not the program on your pc maybe like a trial version that lets u watch 1 hour of film then distorts playback
