My worcester 280 combi-boiler keeps tripping?

After draining all the radiators to repair a leaky valve. Re-filling and bleeding all the radiators, my boiler now trips almost immediately after switching on. Is there a bleed valve in the boiler. The pressure gauge bounces just before it trips out.

you can also try opening the large screw on the pump with a large flathead screwdriver ,you dont have to remove the screw just crack it open to let some water out that might do the trix

Yes there is a auto valve on the heat exchanger.
Try switching on and off a few times might be enough to purge air lock
