How do I replace a PVC window hinge?

I need to replace a some hinges on my PVC window, I know the lengh Stack hieght and track windth. I do not know where to start removing the window and replacing the hinge

3 screws on each side hold the hinge to the frame. You need someone to hold the window when you take last screws out !!
Screwfix do replacement hinges and handles.
