I have a Toshiba Equium A200171, it's ten months old. When I turn it on the screen is so dull I struggle to see the icon to turn it off, It has had the inverter cable reseated but it makes no difference. It was sent back to tech guys but they said it was working but after it came back it was on for 5 minutes then went again. Help?

Sounds like the backlight or the inverter. Take it back again.
